In 1985, after the construction of a library there, it was forced to move to the Kirovsky District. Since then, it has been located in the historic Avtovo neighborhood, after which it received its current name. Leaving the venue as a tent was impossible because weather conditions significantly affected performances. The decision was made to make the circus permanent, in keeping with the local architecture, neighborhood design, and landscape.
