The Ministry of Culture has relaxed the requirements due to the epidemiological situation. Now the halls of theaters, circuses and concert venues can be filled to 75% of seats.
On February 12, in St. Petersburg, the head of the Russian Ministry of Culture, Olga Lyubimova, signed an order to relax the requirements for attendance at institutions during the epidemic. Now, instead of 50% of the seats, as was before, it is allowed to fill the halls at 75%.
Olga Lyubimova expresses joy that the situation related to the pandemic in St. Petersburg is gradually allowing restrictions to be eased. In her opinion, an increase in attendance will support not only artists and institutions, but will also have a positive impact on the emotional state of the audience themselves, who are waiting for a return to a full life.
